In terms of colour choices, the new Monster 821 now also comes in a yellow avatar apart from the regular black and red. Talking about the brakes, the bike gets Brembo Monobloc M4.32 callipers with twin 320 mm discs up front and a 245 mm disc at the rear with a two-piston calliper. Monster 821įeatures on the 2018 Monster 821 include an updated LED headlamp, a full-colour TFT instrument panel that can be paired to a smartphone and a slimmer, redesigned rear that looks more classic and seems to be inspired from the Monster M900 from 1993. The bike gets a new double-barrel exhaust and now it's BS IV compliant too. The motor comes paird to a 6-speed gearbox with an optional bi-directional quick-shifter and a slipper clutch. The Monster 821 is powered by a 821 cc Testastretta L-twin engine that makes 108 bhp at 9,250 rpm and peak torque of 86 Nm at 7,750 rpm.
